Grants are currently available through the government's Countryside Stewardship Capital grants scheme to help incentive landowners to lay their hedges. The Woodsman can advise you on eligibility and assist with the application process.

All of the Woodsman's BBQ charcoal is made from wood sourced from local, sustainably managed woodlands within or around the Cotswolds. Using a traditional steel ring kiln the wood is heated to over 500 degrees to produce the finest lump wood charcoal this side of the River Thames.
